  • How Does the Junk Removal Process Work? 

It's simple! Call or text us to schedule a free estimate. Our team will arrive on-site and provide a quote based on the load size (type of debris, weight, and location). Once the quote is approved, we'll remove your unwanted items quickly and efficiently. After completion, we do a final walk-through to ensure you're satisfied. 

  • Do I Need To Be Present During A Pickup? 

If we have access to your items, you don't always need to be there. Many clients schedule curbside or contactless junk removal for convenience. We'll confirm everything with photos once the job is done. 

  • Items We Do Not Take: 

For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, or biohazard waste.

Payments Accepted: 

At Roadrunner JunkSmart Solutions, we make payment easy and convenient for our customers.

Invoice Payments via email (for businesses, landlords, and property managers)

Payment is due upon job completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. For larger or ongoing projects, we can provide invoices and digital receipts for your records.
